Paper globes
Heather Bailey shares an easy tutorial to make pretty paper globes. Try making one from recycled papers, or a variety of coordinating scrapbook papers. I think these would make great party decorations – just choose your paper colours to suit the party theme!

I’ve made these using illustrations from vintage children’s books and they are now hanging from the ceiling in both my daughter’s bedrooms

My grandmother made these almost 40 years ago out of old Christmas cards. She would send them to nursing homes to decorate their Christmas trees. I know make them out of any type of decorative paper. I have even made them out of photos of my children and given them out as Christmas presents. The possibilities are endless !! Thanks Nana for teaching me how to make them when i was 5 !!
