		<description>Thats exactly how I made it except I had to fold it around an earring post to keep the hole in the middle. Its a bit fiddly when you start but it saves a lot of work later. 

I used slightly thicker paper as I found origami paper and magazine pages tore too easily. Thinner paper also doesn&#039;t curve as much in the folds so it ends up looking very sharp and flat although I suppose thats just down to personal taste. 

When the beads are finished they need to be sealed with varnish to protect them against moisture. Even after they&#039;re sealed, you have to be careful and take the bracelet off before you wash your hands etc... they&#039;re water resistant but not waterproof.
